Members' Galleries
Current members may submit up to 10 photos to have a "gallery" of images on the website. They do NOT have to be images that have won awards in any competition. To submit your images for the galleries pages, resize your image to 72-100 dpi, with the longest dimension 350 pixels. That is, a horizontal image would be 350 pixels wide, and a vertical image would be 350 pixels high. Save the image as a jpeg (.jpg or .jpeg) with whatever quality (compression) value you choose. Saving the image with a medium to high quality (low compression) value will give you a larger file size, but produce a higher quality image. View an example. Name your jpeg file with your name and the title of the piece. For example: JDoeMorningSunrise.jpg. There will be a generic copyright message on each page. If you would like a copyright notice on your image, be sure to put in on there before you submit it. Submit the images by email to or arrange to bring a cd-r containing your images to the meeting.
